How to Use CPAP ?

Preparation 
1. Select a suitable mask (nasal mask, nasal-oral mask, or full-face mask, etc.) to ensure a proper fit and a tight seal on the face.
2. Clean the face to remove oil and dirt.
3. Connect the mask to the CPAP ventilator through the breathing tube. Check the settings of the ventilator (such as pressure, respiratory rate, etc. to ensure they are in line with the doctor's recommendations).

Wearing the Mask
1. Adjust the headband to an appropriate length (loosen it first and then adjust it during wearing).
2. Gently place the mask on the face (for a nasal mask, make sure it is properly positioned on the nose; for a nasal-oral mask or full-face mask, avoid pressing on sensitive areas). Secure the headband around the head.
3. Fine-tune the mask and headband to ensure comfort and a good seal.

During Use
1. Turn on the CPAP ventilator and conduct ventilation treatment according to the preset parameters, maintaining a normal breathing rhythm.
2. Pay attention to the operation of the ventilator (pressure display, airflow sound, etc.) and your own breathing sensations.
3. Clean the mask with a mild detergent every day after use, rinse it with clean water, and let it air dry naturally.

After Use
1. Turn off the CPAP ventilator.
2. Carefully remove the mask to avoid pulling it forcefully.
3. Clean and disinfect the mask and breathing tube, and store them in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and dust contamination.
