In 2026—a year characterized by increasingly stringent regulations and accelerated technological iteration within the medical industry—ThinkEhoo Medical Technology will anchor its strategy on the core tenets of "strengthening internal capabilities and enhancing quality." Utilizing four key levers—upgrading production infrastructure, optimizing R&D systems, innovating quality control standards, and enhancing organizational capabilities—we aim to establish quality competitiveness that spans the entire industry value chain. This initiative will lay a solid foundation for the company to deepen its presence and expertise within the high-end medical device sector.

I. Upgrading Production Infrastructure: Building a Robust Quality Foundation via Compliant Clean Production Lines

The year 2026 marks a pivotal moment for the nationwide implementation of the new edition of the Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices. ThinkEhoo will center its efforts on the construction of its Phase II Clean Workshop, thereby completing the transformation of its production environment to ensure full regulatory compliance and high-end sophistication, ultimately achieving a dual leap forward in both production capacity and product quality.

The Phase II Clean Workshop will focus on establishing an 800-square-meter Class 100,000 clean zone. Equipped with a constant-temperature and constant-humidity HVAC system, this facility will strictly adhere to the requirements of the new national standards (GB/T 16292-2025 and GB/T 16293-2025). Specifically tailored to the production processes of Class II medical devices, the facility will scientifically define alert and action limits for airborne particulates and microbial contamination, ensuring that the entire production environment is fully traceable and capable of issuing proactive alerts.

Upon the completion and final acceptance of the new Class 100,000 clean zone, our objectives include: increasing the annual production capacity for Class II medical devices by 100%; maintaining the defect rate within the clean zone production processes at or below 0.05%; achieving 100% coverage in the monitoring of critical production environment parameters; and ensuring that the response time for any triggered alerts does not exceed 10 minutes.

II. Optimizing R&D Systems: Reinforcing Quality at the Source through Deep Technical Expertise

The core of "strengthening internal capabilities" lies in robust technical prowess. In 2026, ThinkEhoo will establish a clinical-demand-oriented R&D system designed to achieve a precise alignment between technological innovation and clinical value. We will increase our R&D investment ratio by over 10%, focusing on two core areas—micro-innovations and product enhancements—while deepening our collaborative partnerships with hospitals to rapidly translate clinical feedback into actionable plans for product iteration and improvement. Throughout the year, we plan to apply for two domestic Class II Medical Device Registration Certificates and one international FDA certification.

III. Innovation in Quality Control Standards: Forging a Reputation for Quality Through End-to-End Process Control

Quality is the lifeline of any medical technology enterprise.

In 2026, building upon a thorough review and analysis of quality incidents and customer complaints encountered in 2025, ThinkEhoo Medical Technology will establish an "end-to-end quality control system spanning from R&D to the end-user."

We will construct a comprehensive quality assurance framework.

On the production front, we will benchmark against international and domestic medical device manufacturing standards to ensure full traceability throughout the production process, implementing real-time monitoring across stages such as raw material procurement, component processing, and finished product assembly. On the testing front, we will establish an independent Quality Department; in addition to adhering to mandatory national standards, we will incorporate supplementary stability and safety testing within simulated clinical environments, subjecting every product batch to a comprehensive inspection prior to release.

On the after-sales front, we will implement a product lifecycle management system. By actively gathering user feedback, we will use these insights to iteratively optimize product design, thereby achieving a dual enhancement in both "product quality" and "service quality."

IV. Upgrading Organizational Capabilities: Consolidating the Foundation of Quality Through Talent and Culture

Strengthening our internal capabilities requires the robust support of organizational capacity. In 2026, ThinkEhoo Medical Technology will simultaneously advance both the development of our talent pipeline and the cultivation of a quality-centric culture. Talent serves as the core vehicle for strengthening these internal capabilities. In 2026, ThinkEhoo will focus its talent acquisition efforts on specifically recruiting multidisciplinary professionals—combining expertise in medical device regulatory affairs and quality management—as well as R&D specialists. We will collaborate with relevant universities to recruit outstanding graduates, establish an internal training platform, and launch specialized courses covering regulatory compliance, technical skills, and quality management to enhance our employees' regulatory awareness and comprehensive professional competencies. Regarding incentive mechanisms, we will closely align employee performance with product quality and technological breakthroughs, thereby igniting an intrinsic motivation among all staff members to continuously improve quality and efficiency, ultimately forging a medical technology workforce characterized by exceptional professional proficiency and a rigorous, meticulous work ethic.

Only by strengthening our internal foundations can we ensure steady progress; only by prioritizing quality can we achieve enduring success. In 2026, with "Strengthening Internal Capabilities and Enhancing Quality" as its strategic core, Xinyihao Medical Technology will transform the depth of its technological innovation, the precision of its quality control, and the caliber of its talent pool into the core competencies driving its corporate growth. While safeguarding medical quality, the company will contribute the "Xinyihao force" to advance the inclusive and intelligent development of medical technology, thereby providing even more reliable products and services to protect the lives and health of patients.
