This nasal pillow CPAP mask uses two soft silicone pillows that sit at the nostrils, so there is very little contact with the face and no coverage of the nose bridge. This leaves the field of view clear and makes the mask suitable for patients who find larger masks uncomfortable or confining. The mask has adjustable headgear, a swivel connector and exhalation ports, and is reusable with replacement pillows available.
The nasal pillow mask is one of three main CPAP mask types. Full face masks cover the nose and mouth, and nasal masks cover the nose. Nasal pillow masks have the smallest contact area of the three, which many patients find less confining, but they are generally less suitable at higher pressures or for mouth breathers.

Important Notes:
This mask is intended for nose breathing. It is not suitable for patients who breathe through their mouth.
Nasal pillow masks are generally less suitable at higher CPAP pressures, where leakage is more likely.
Select the correct pillow size. Pillows that are too large may cause soreness at the nostrils, and pillows that are too small may leak.
Do not overtighten the headgear; this can cause irritation and does not improve the seal.
Some patients experience nasal dryness or irritation when using nasal pillows. Discuss this with the prescribing clinician if it occurs.
Clean the pillows and mask according to the instructions for use.
Replace the pillows when leakage, discomfort or wear occurs.
Use only with a CPAP device as prescribed.
This product is a CPAP interface. It does not provide ventilatory support on its own.
