This medical tube cleaning brush is used to clean the lumen of reusable medical tubing and instruments before disinfection or sterilization. The brush has nylon bristles on a stainless steel stem, and is supplied in multiple diameters so that the brush matches the internal diameter of the tube being cleaned. Brushes are available individually or as a set.
Sizes can be made from 100 mm to 1000 mm, different diameters are available to meet various bore‑diameter requirements. From small‑diameter fine brushes to large‑size heavy‑duty brushes, all items can be supplied in bulk or individual polybag packaging.

Important Notes:
Select a brush diameter that matches the internal diameter of the tube. An oversized brush may damage the lumen.
Do not use stainless steel bristles on silicone or soft plastic tubing; the bristles may scratch the surface and create sites where bacteria can collect.
Clean the brush after each use and inspect for bent bristles or a damaged stem.
Discard the brush if the bristles are deformed, the stem is kinked or the brush no longer contacts the lumen wall.
This brush is a cleaning accessory. It does not disinfect or sterilize the device.
Follow your facility's validated cleaning procedure for the device being reprocessed.
