This corrugated ventilator circuit connects a patient to a ventilator in intensive care. The circuit is supplied in six configurations, from a plain circuit with one water trap up to a fully equipped set with two water traps, a limb, a hanger, a gas sampling line and a catheter mount. Adult, paediatric and infant versions are available, and components can be combined to order.
The corrugated wall is the defining feature of this circuit. The ribs let the tube bend without collapsing, so the circuit can be routed around the bed, over equipment and to a patient who is being repositioned, without the gas path being occluded. In intensive care, where the patient and the bed are moved regularly, this is the main reason corrugated tubing is preferred over a smooth tube of the same diameter.
Corrugated tubing is slightly heavier and has a marginally higher resistance than smoothbore tubing, so where circuit weight and resistance matter more than flexibility, a smoothbore circuit is the better choice.

Components can be combined to order. If your required configuration is not listed, contact us with the specification.
Key Features:
Corrugated wall that bends without collapsing
Six configurations from plain circuit to fully equipped set
One or two water traps available
Optional limb, hanger, gas sampling line and catheter mount
Adult, paediatric and infant versions
Components can be combined to order
Smooth inner wall reduces airflow resistance for stable gas delivery
Applications:
Invasive ventilation in intensive care
Long-term ventilation where condensate accumulates
Ventilation with heated humidification
Patients who are repositioned regularly
Where capnography or gas monitoring is required
Important Notes:
Single use only unless the circuit is specified as reusable.
Do not use if the package is damaged or opened.
Position the water trap at the lowest point of the circuit so that condensate collects there.
Do not allow condensate to drain towards the patient; empty the trap before it reaches the fill line.
Check that all connections are secure before use.
Do not allow the tubing to kink or become trapped under the bed or equipment.
If a hanger is used, check that it supports the circuit without compressing the tubing.
A water trap and gas sampling line do not replace the ventilator's own alarms or monitoring.
This product is a breathing circuit. It does not provide ventilatory support on its own.
This product is manufactured under an ISO 13485:2016 certified quality management system (Certificate No. CN25-10207H) and is covered by Verification of Conformity No. ICR/VC/HM2603270. It is included in our FDA device listing, Owner/Operator No. 10096597.
A hanger, gas sampling line and catheter mount are included in some configurations and are also available separately.
